Venture Capital Malta

In February 2015, a new initiative called ‘Venture Capital Malta’ (VC-MT) was launched by the Ministry for the Economy, Investment and Small Business, through Malta Investment Management Company Limited (MIMCOL) and Malta Enterprise.

This initiative is included in an overall programme to create a platform to help start-ups in Malta. This joint project between the Maltese Government together with finance and advisory specialists from the private sector, will not see the Government funding businesses but it will provide a platform for venture capitalists to match with Maltese start-ups.
