Investment Aid for Hotels

Malta Enterprise offers financial support through the INVEST – Support for Initial Investment Projects scheme, which is designed to encourage businesses to undertake qualifying investment projects that contribute to Malta's economic development.

Hotels, hotel resorts, apartment hotels, suite hotels, guesthouses, and other eligible tourism accommodation establishments may benefit from support in the form of tax credits, cash grants, or other approved aid, subject to the scheme's terms and eligibility criteria.

Eligible projects may include investments in new tangible or intangible assets, as well as initiatives that expand or modernise existing operations. The level of assistance depends on the nature of the project, the size of the enterprise, and other applicable criteria established by Malta Enterprise.
