VINCENT CURMI - Founder Partner
Vincent has been key to the establishment of the local professional accountancy body, which he served as secretary for several years. Outside of public accounting practice, Vincent is currently serving as a non-executive vice-chairman of one of Malta's leading manufacturing firms. He is a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant.

MICHAEL CURMI - Managing Partner
Michael is managing partner and head of Assurance Services and Audit at VCA. Michael furthered his education in the USA where he earned an Economics BA (Honors) Degree becoming a full member of Omicron Delta Epsilon (Honour Society in Economics) due to his high scholastic achievement in this field. Michael Curmi went on to complete the ACCA examinations and now has been working within the firm for 25 years. He is a fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Malta Institute of Accountants.

CAROL CASSAR TORREGGIANI MQR - Partner
Carol joined VCA in 1995 after completing her University degree in the US (San Diego), where she distinguished herself both for her academic achievements and in sport. In Malta her local and international achievements in tennis received national recognition by being awarded a presidential award and appointing her to 'The National Order of Merit'. She has now been working within the firm for 18 years. Carol is Leader of Indirect Tax Services and Accounting Services providing a wide range of indirect tax advisory and compliance services to the firm's local and international clients.
She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Malta Institute of Accountants.

ALICE LOSCO - Partner
Alice joined VCA in 2005 after completing her bachelor of commerce from the University of Malta. During her employment she has successfully completed her ACCA. Her work experience has mainly been in auditing covering a broad cross section of private and public comanies operating in various industries both locally and internationally. She has been instrumental in documenting quality standards and procedures within the audit department. Over the years she has been heavily involved in the internal training programs for audit staff.
She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Malta Institute of Accountants.

AUDREY MICALLEF
Audrey is manager of Corporate Services at VCA. She advises on the legal implications involved in the structuring of both local and international M&A. She ensures that all the company's statutory responsibilities are fulfilled and prepares documentation concerning changes to the company's structure as and when they occur. She also administers back office services including payroll services for clients.

AMANDA AGIUS
Amanda is manager of the accounting and back office sector of the firm. She also forms part of the audit team and manages large audit assignments. She joined the firm on 2005 and went on to complete her ACCA examinations. Amanda, who has particular interest in technical development, is responsible for the continued updating of these in line with current technical developments. She monitors VCA staff development in all technical areas.
